Ordered from fnestore.com and it arrived right when they said. Tracking wasn’t super detailed, but enough to see it was moving. Box had a small dent, item was totally fine. Reliable overall, just wish updates were quicker. 4 stars

I ordered two items and somehow both of them showed up wrong. I reached out to customer service, but the replies were slow and didn’t make me feel like they were actually trying to fix it. It’s frustrating when you pay for specific things and end up with something else. After this, I don’t really trust their support to handle issues properly

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but it felt like the goalposts kept moving. Every time I found something I wanted, half of it was out of stock or unavailable. Frustrating when you think you’re almost done shopping and then have to keep changing your plan...

I was a little stressed about dealing with the warranty, but it ended up being smooth. They got my replacement to me fast, which definitely put me in a better mood...

The whole thing felt a little sketchy to me. What bothered me most was that there didn’t seem to be any real person I could reach out to if I had questions or something went wrong. It’s hard to feel confident using a service when everything feels automated and there’s no human contact at all.

To be fair, the items weren’t terrible, but the prices felt high for the quality you get. I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, so it just didn’t feel worth it to me. I probably wouldn’t buy from here again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from fnestore.com, mostly because I wanted to see for myself if they were actually authentic or not. I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first, especially since it’s hard to tell online sometimes.

When they showed up, the box looked right, the tags seemed normal, and overall the shoes looked close to what I was expecting. I compared them with photos online and didn’t notice anything obvious, though there’s still a tiny part of me wondering about the quality just because I’m not an expert.
The only real downside was the shipping. It took a few extra days and the tracking didn’t update much, which made me a bit nervous. In the end, the shoes seem genuine and I’m happy enough with them, but I’d probably say 4 stars because of the wait and that small bit of doubt.

Order was fine. Returning it wasn’t. Had to email a few times just to get a straight answer, and the refund took too long. Not terrible, but messy. I’d probably think twice next time.

I’d say my experience with fnestore.com was about 3 stars. Placing order was easy enough, and they did answer when I reached out, but everything took little longer than I thought it would.

The tracking was biggest issue for me. It didn’t update for few days, so I was kind of left wondering where my package was or whether it had even moved at all.

It did show up in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but communication could definitely be more clear. Not terrible, just not really smooth either.
